She has a passion for working with youth, helping them to improve bother their sport skills and conditioning levels. Jen’s energy and positive attitude combined with her varied experience shows that she is a natural to work with individuals of any age and fitness level.
Hobbies: Roller derby, running, biking. My hobbies have diminished somewhat since I've had a baby.
Interesting fact: We've had no TV for almost 3 years. Oh, and I'm married to Tom.

With a background in competitive soccer and running, he works with athletes and non-athletes of all ages and fitness levels while focusing on sports-specific training, running, hiking and golfing.

Worst Habit: I've been counting reps for enough years I have trouble NOT counting repetitious sounds/movements. When I go for a run I get to about 20 before I have to force myself to stop counting my footsteps.

Beth enjoys working with individuals who strive to optimize good health through exercise and good nutritional habits. She has a passion for training multi-sport athletes for competitions and developing balance, strength and flexibility programs to help athletes avoid overuse injuries.

California State University, NCSA Personal trainer Tracy has been actively involved in the fitness industry as a college instructor, coach, gym owner, and a personal trainer. As a veteran competitor of several marathons, including New York and Boston, she is enthusiastic about running, but finds time to enjoy weight training, swimming, cycling and fishing.
Hobbies: Running, cycling, fishing, gardening.
Interesting Fact: I was the overall Women's Finisher in the Steamboat Springs Marathon in 1995 (Time: 3:05) and a 2:58 finisher at the Portland Marathon in 1996.

Keri specializes in proper posture, muscle imbalance, chronic pain and injuries through a combination of flexibility, trigger point therapy and weight training. Keri is an active mother who enjoys basketball, swimming, yoga and mountain biking in her free time.

Stephanie Orlowski | Fitness industry since 2002AFAA Personal Trainer, TRX Certified Instructor Along side personal training and aerobics, Stephanie is certified in yoga, cycling, Pilates, kickboxing and kettle bell. She also has advanced experience in triathlons, endurance racing and dynamic training. She started racing triathlons, duathlons and ½ marathons in 2008 and coaching in 2010. Stephanie has been passionate about her own health and fitness and is excited to pass on her knowledge and motivation to her clients. She is known for quality and efficiency and believes in making the most out of your workouts.
Hobbies: Triathlons, running, yoga, playing with my pets. Taking dog walks.

He was a two-time collegiate rugby all-star selection, and has played semi-pro football for five seasons where he helped two teams reach the national semi-finals. Justin’s understanding of the physical and mental commitments it takes to perform at a high level is something that he enjoys passing on to others. He has extensive knowledge in power development, speed and agility, and injury prevention.

He has worked with more than 10,000 clients seeking weight loss over the past 5 years who have seen amazing results. Ryan has also seen more than 6,000 individual clients to date. Ryan has spent many hours working with senior citizens and teens, helping them reach their desired goals. He also specializes in circuit training and anaerobic training methods.

Kelli has lots of experience, including freelance health writer, journalist for Examiner, fitness and health blogger, a fitness and promotional model, diet clerk at Sparrow Hospital, radio personality on Harwell Fit Talk Radio, Figure Bodybuilder Competitor.
Kelli has three children and transformed her body each time with nutrition and fitness, continually guiding both men and women to do the same. She specializes in eating disorders, post-pregnancy, sports performance, and food intolerances.
