Hillary has been teaching and training clients in Pilates for 7 years. She is trained by Stott Pilates in mat and Pilates equipment. She continues her education on a yearly basis by attending workshops and seminars. Hillary’s specializations include working with teen athletes, dancers and women during pregnancy.
Kevin Lartigue | Fitness industry since 2007
Kevin Lartigue graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising. Since then Kevin has become a Peak Pilates Comprehensive Instructor, grounded in the classical method. Kevin is also a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist and with his extensive knowledge of human body mechanics he has discovered Pilates gives outstanding results -- results you can see and feel.
Kerry Petty | Fitness industry since 1976
Kerry received Pilates training at FiTour, Balanced Body, and Stott Pilates International. She holds certifications at the advanced level on all pieces of equipment and received additional training for special populations, sports performance and injury/rehabilitation for athletes. She enjoys helping her clients address the needs of common health issues, such as back pain, stiffness and poor posture, with a personalized Pilates training program.
Mary Jo Stacks | Fitness industry since 1971
Mary Jo holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Michigan State University. She has been a physical education teacher, athletic cough and group fitness instructor for the past 35 years, but no form of body work has impressed her as much as Pilates. Years ago, she met a group of women in their 80s who had been doing Pilates for a long time and she saw the benefits of the program – keeping the body youthful, supple and flexible. She has since received Pilates certification from the New York Guild and completed a 1,000 hour internship with Winsor Pilates.
