ZIP Training

Thirty-minutes is all you need! These new higher intensity training packages will test anyone at their maximum level of fitness potential. Each workout is designed to be new and challenging, providing clients with a power packed combination of strength and cardio training. Rock Your Body Challenge

Get pumped up for this fast-paced circuit workout set to the sound of rock ‘n’ roll in its many forms. If you are looking for a challenge, we dare you to come and see what you are capable of doing while burning loads of calories! We will host a fitness challenge at the end of the 8-weeks – the winner to receive a prize and of course, bragging rights.

Run for your Life

A unique running class for all ability levels; from beginner to experienced racer. An effective and efficient way to lose weight and improve fitness in a fun, motivating group atmosphere. Class will use many forms of running including: intervals, tempo, strength and drills. Body strength exercises and group cycling (we will teach you) will also be incorporated.

Self Defense For Women

Ready to get back in shape post-baby but not sure where to start?  We’re here for you.  Learn safe and effective exercises that you can do anywhere and have fun with other moms.
