Learn everything you need to know about taking care of and feeding your newborn, starting with the moment your baby is born. Class discussion on what to expect with a newborn: how to care for your newborn, soothing a crying baby, understanding infant sleep patterns, recognizing illness, car seat safety, feeding your baby including information on formula and breastfeeding and adjusting to parenthood. Infant CPR and managing choking, parents will have opportunities for hands on practice with CPR and choking, diapering, swaddling, infant massage, infant burping and more.
This class is a must for parents to get all your questions answered by professional childbirth educators and infant feeding specialists.
