Casbah Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. Chicken, cubed
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Carrot, chopped
1 cup Mushrooms, halved
4 tsp. Nuts, chopped
1 Tbsp. Oil
½ cup Raisins
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 cups Water
1 cup Basmati Rice, rinsed
DIRECTIONS:
1. Sauté the first nine ingredients
2. Add 2 cups of water add 1 cup rinsed Basmati Rice. Mix well.
3. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 25 minutes.
