Bananas Foster

INGREDIENTS:
3     Large bananas
½ cup Unsweetened pineapple-orange-banana juice
3 T    Brown sugar
1 T    “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter--Light”
2 T    Brandy
1 T    Crème de Banana
3 cup Low fat ice cream
Juice from ½ lemon


DIRECTIONS:
1. Measure or cut all ingredients except bananas
2. Slice bananas in half lengthwise and sprinkle lemon juice. Set aside.
3. Combine pineapple-orange-banana juice, brown sugar, brandy, crème de banana and margarine in a large non-stick sauté pan.
4. Place bananas in sauté pan cut side down. Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Transfer bananas to dessert dishes.
6. Reduce sauce to a syrup.
7. Spoon ice cream on bananas in dishes. Pour hot syrup over the top. Serve immediately.
