Fire Up Chicken Breast Sandwich with Dill
INGREDIENTS:
6 (3oz) Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
6 Slices red onion
1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
6 Slices Tomato, thinly sliced
6 Onion buns
Marinade Ingredients:
½ cup Durkee buffalo style hot sauce
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Green onion, sliced
1 Lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp Sugar
Dressing Ingredients:
¼ cup Fat free sour cream
¼ cup Fat free mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Fresh dill weed
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine marinade ingredients in a non-metal bowl.
2. Place chicken in marinade and refrigerate overnight.
3. Combine dressing ingredients and refrigerate.
4. Grill chicken breast until cooked through.
5. Place chicken breast on bun, garnish with cucumber, onion, sliced tomato, and 2 Tbsp of dressing. Serve hot.
