Feta Cheese Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
1 loaf Frozen bread dough
4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
4 Greek style olives, diced
1 oz Sun dried tomatoes
1/8 cup Green onions
1 Tbsp Parsley
½ cup Fresh tomatoes
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup Mushrooms
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 Garlic clove
¼ tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Fresh basil
Cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Roll out bread dough into a 14-inch circle. Place on pizza pa or cookie sheet.
2. Brush edges of dough with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds around the edge.
3. Mix all ingredients (except cheese) in a small bowl.
4. Spread mixture evenly over pizza and top with cheeses.
5. Let rise approximately ½ hour.
6. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for approximately 20 minutes or until slightly brown on the bottom of the crust.
