Hundreds of Caregivers filled the Sparrow Hospital Lobby early this morning to give a warm welcome to appraisers representing the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

The appraisers’ site visit is part of our Magnet Recognition re-designation process. Magnet Recognition is the nation’s most prestigious honor for nursing achievement and excellence.

Sparrow’s more than 2,000 Nurses are our most visible example of our dedication to quality, compassionate care. Sparrow is proud to be among the 6% of hospitals nationwide to receive Magnet recognition, which means Sparrow Hospital is a recognized leader in quality Patient care, nursing excellence and innovative professional nursing practices.
