Weight Management Class adds daytime option
The MAC’s Weight Loss Contest! A 12-week circuit style group class that utilizes free weights, bands, steps, airballs, medicine balls and more. Enjoy a fun, fast paced workout focusing on weight loss while improving overall health. Optional weekly weigh-ins and food logs are also available. As a bonus, the person with the highest percentage of weight loss at the end of the class will win a prize.
Location: East Gym with the first class being a talk on nutrition in the Multi-Purpose Room.
Space is limited, no prorated refunds are given for
missed class. Cancellations will be accepted only
prior to 48 hours from the first class.
