All of our introductory classes will help you strengthen deep core muscle groups throughout the torso and back with stabilization work. Additionally, increases in your arm and upper body strength will be seen as you explore the assisted inversion poses. Improvements in balance and proprioceptive awareness will grow too, as you discover all the new shapes and positions you can make in 3-D space.
