Phase I/II Trial of Imatinib Mesylate; (GLEEVEC; STI571) in Treatment of Recurrent
Oligodendroglioma and Mixed Oligoastrocytoma (NCCTG N0272):
- Pathological confirmation of grade 2-4 Oligodendroglioma and Mixed Oligoastrocytoma
- Evidence of tumor progression by MRI or CT
- 12 weeks since completion of radiation therapy
A Phase I/II Trial of Sorafenib and CCI-779 in Patients with Recurrent Glioblastoma (NCCTG N0572):
This study is currently enrolling for the Phase II section
- </= 2 prior systemic chemotherapy treatments
- Evidence of tumor progression by MRI or CT scan following radiation therapy or the most recent anti-tumor therapy
- >/= 12 weeks since the completion of radiation therapy
A Phase III Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Trial of Conventional Concurrent Chemoradiation and Adjuvant Temozolomide plus Bevacizumab versus Conventional Concurrent Chemoradiation and Adjuvant Temozolomide in Patients with Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma (RTOG 0825):
- Histopathologically confirmed glioblastoma or gliosarcoma (WHO Grade IV) central path review required
- Tumor must have a supratentorial component
