NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER (NSCLC)
A Phase III Randomized Trial of Adjuvant Chemotherapy with or without Bevacizumab for Completely Resected Stage IB-IIIA Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (ECOG E1505):
- Patients must have undergone complete resection of their cancer prior to enrollment
- Patients must be no less than 6 weeks and no more than 12 weeks post-thoracotomy and must be adequately recovered
from surgery
- Patients must not have received the following: Prior systemic chemotherapy at any time, Hormonal cancer therapy or radiation therapy prior cancer treatment

- Pathologically determined stage IV NSCLC, including stage IIIb.
- Failed >/= 1 prior platinum-based chemotherapy.
- >/= 18 years of age.

- Patients must have advanced stage NSCLC that is primary or recurrent
- Patients must have measurable disease according to the RECIST criteria
A Phase II Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind Study of Carboplatin/Paclitaxel in Combination with ABT-869 Versus Carboplatin/Paclitaxel Alone in Subjects with Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer as First-Line Treatment (M10-301):
- Patients must have recurrent, advanced or metastatic disease that is not amendable to surgical resection or radiation with curative intent
- Patient must have no prior anti-cancer therapy
- Cannot receive radiation therapy within 21 days of study entry
