Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Phase II Trial of Standard Dose Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, Prednisone (CHOP) and Rituximab plus Bevacizumab for Advanced Stage Diffuse Large B-Cell NHL (SWOG S0515):

  • All patients must have previously untreated Stage III, IV, or bulky Stage II diffuse large B-cell NHL which is positive for CD20
  • 42 days prior to study entry the patient must have a bone marrow aspirate and biopsy
  • Patients must be 60 years of age or older

A Phase II Trial of R-CHOP followed by Zevalin Radioimmunotherapy for Patients with Previously Untreated Stages I and II CD20+ Diffuse Large Cell Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (ECOG 3402):

  • Confirmed diagnosis of diffuse large cell lymphoma, Stage I or II
  • Patients with Hepatitis B are still eligible but must be monitored closely for active hepatitis signs

Randomized Phase III Trial Comparing Two Different Rituximab Dosing Regimens for Patients with Low Tumor Burden Indolent non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (ECOG 4402):

  • Biopsy proven diagnosis of NHL with classification of one of the following:
    • Follicular grade 1 & 2
    • Small lymphocytic
    • Marginal zone (nodal)
    • Marginal zone (splenic)
    • MALT
  • Patient must meet criteria for low tumor burden
  • Must have stage III or IV disease

A Randomized Phase IIb Placebo-Controlled Study of R-ICE Chemotherapy (Rituzimab, Ifosfamide, Carboplatin, and Etoposide) with and without SGN-40 (anti-CD40 humanized monoclonal antibody) for Second-Line Treatment of Patients with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) (SG040-0005):

  • Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of diffuse large B-Cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with available tumor specimen
  • Have received minimum four cycles of first-line therapy with R-CHOP or equivalent at least four weeks prior
  • At least one site of measurable disease that is greater than 2 cm and positive FDG-PET scan at base line
