Pediatric Outpatient Diabetes Self Management Education Training

This series of educational offerings is designed to assist children, adolescents and their families in providing optimum daily care to control
diabetes. Physician referral is required. The program is certified by the Michigan Department of Community Health. For more information on

Weekly classes are offered mornings or afternoons at the Sparrow Professional Building, Suite 410, 1200 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing.
