The Clinton Memorial Hospital Foundation Derby Nite Ball provides and evening of elegant dining in a casual atmosphere, dancing to the music of the Conchord Band and the excitement of virtual horse racing along with a fundraising auction.
Join your friends, place your bets and dance the night away. Eight actual horse races, captured on video tape, will be projected on a big screen to recreate the atmosphere of live racing. If you bet on a horse that wins, comes in second or even last place, you will win fun money to the auction at the end of the night.
The Derby Nite Ball, is one of the premiere events in the area, is expected to sell out again in 2008 with 320 top community and business leaders in attendance. Proceeds from this special event will purchase ultrasound equipment for use by the Clinton Memorial Hospital Emergency Services Department.
