Whyman Health Careers Scholarship

The Clinton Memorial Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce the availability of the Merten and Geraldine Whyman Health Careers Scholarship.

As a result of a generous bequest made by the Whymans, an Endowment Fund was established in 1986. The fund provides annual scholarships to Clinton County residents pursuing an education in a health related field. Additional funds have been donated by community members to grow the fund to provide additional scholarships. To date, over 150 students have received Whyman scholarships.

Applications and guidelines are sent to all Clinton County public and private high schools in addition to adult education programs. Any Clinton County resident wishing to pursue a career in a health related field is encouraged to apply. High school students may pick up applications from their counselor’s office. Applications are also available online or at Clinton Memorial Hospital.
