Sparrow Emergency Entrance: Vehicles can access the Sparrow Emergency Department by entering from

The Sparrow Emergency Department, located on the first floor of the new 10-story Sparrow Tower, features the region's only
certified trauma center, 62 private treatment rooms, sexual assault care, and decontamination rooms.
The Sparrow ER is the only Level 1 Trauma Center
in the mid-Michigan area, and one of only seven in the state. Staffed by specially trained nurses, emergency
department technicians and board certified emergency physicians who treat over 75,000 patients annually.
The Emergency Department at the Sparrow campus also provides exams for victims of sexual assault.
A sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE) provides these exams.
