Sparrow’s Heart & Vascular Center
is a leader in advanced cardiology, surgical and diagnostic services. Moreover, it’s skilled team of professionals
and physicians perform more than 60,000 innovative, non-invasive procedures annually, including thousands of
catheterizations. In addition, hundreds of open-heart surgeries are performed each year by nationally
recognized surgeons.
In 2008, Sparrow opened a brand-new, 38,000 square-foot heart and vascular center with the best and latest equipment.
It is part of a ten-story, west wing addition at Sparrow Hospital. Most important, privacy is paramount in
the new center as patients have individual rooms. Also, this new facility houses a
teaching center to help foster the latest in cardiac care right here in Lansing.
