Mission of the Sparrow Society
The Sparrow Society has been created to recognize and thank those forward thinking
individuals who have included the Sparrow Health System or the Sparrow Foundation in
their estate plans, thereby continuing their support of quality health care in
mid-Michigan, well into the future.
Estate gifts of all sizes can be used for membership in the Sparrow Society. All
membership gifts will be accepted and acknowledged with written verification following
the completion of the transaction or gift. This can be accomplished when a copy of
the signed document, or a letter stating that the Sparrow Foundation is owner or
beneficiary of a policy, is received at the Foundation office.
