Hospice House of Mid-Michigan

Hospice House of Mid-Michigan is an option for terminally ill persons who are no longer able to be cared for in a home setting. In its warm and soothing homelike environment, patients receive medical care and, along with loved ones, spiritual and psychological counseling.

Terminally ill persons deserve the right to choose the environment in which they spend their last days with family and friends. Hospice House of Mid-Michigan offers that choice, giving care with dignity, love and respect.

Located in a private patient care area, with 21 private rooms on the St. Lawrence campus of the Sparrow Health System, Hospice House of Mid-Michigan offers pain and symptom relief and control, and medical care. Social workers help with support, counseling and information on community services. Volunteers are available to help with a variety of needs and activities for the patient and family. The Hospice House of Mid-Michigan offers care at a lower cost and with less emotional strain on the patient's family than traditional acute care.
