Thank you for your interest in the Job Shadow Program at Sparrow Health System. The purpose of this experience is to provide exposure to individuals who have an interest in exploring health care careers.
This experience is open to high school students (age 15 or older) or college students and/or adults seeking a career change.
The job shadow itself is a one-time experience,
lasting approximately 2 hours at the hospital where the participant will
be able to ask questions, interact with staff, and see first hand how
Sparrow Health System operates.
Prior to the job shadow experience, the job shadower must attend a mandatory hospital orientation (for available orientation dates, please click here) and provide a negative TB skin test result.
Sparrow Occupational Health can complete the TB skin test if necessary free of charge. Please click on the link for the TB skin test form.

for an orientation and job shadow experience, please complete an application. If you're under 18, please complete the application for minors and have a parent/guardian

How to Apply
Due to a large number of requests from the community, our job shadow program is booked until July. As a result, we will not be accepting applications for the program until July 1, 2008.
