| Tony Baily, Jay Griffith, Roberta Hill, Ronda Lovell, Betty Stone, Donovan Wells |
I want to extend my appreciation to the above nurses for their consistent dedication and willingness to always give 110%. Tony Baily - Tony has been a supervisor for a short period of time but has really answered the call. Tony does whatever is necessary to keep the night shift running smoothly. He has extended himself on many occasions, but was very helpful on a busy night when we were attempting to transfer a pt to another facility. Tony made multiple phone calls on the patient's behalf and helped the floor nurse right up until the patient left. Jay Griffith - Jay is a Sparrow regular and works very hard. It's great to have a seasoned nurse like Jay with exceptionally sound clinical judgement. He has helped on multiple RRT's, will do anything he's asked and will often pick up and just start doing, even helping on patients not his own. Jay will make phone calls, start IV whatever has to be done to keep the night running. Roberta Hill - Roberta is a wonderful supervisor, always calm, level-headed, knows just what to do. Roberta will do whatever it takes and has been instrumental in the care/transfer of patients. Rhonda Lovell - Rhonda is an exceptional critical care nurse. Betty Stone - Betty is an exceptional float nurse with keen clinical judgement. Betty always goes out of her way to facilitate care and will take on new tasks as they are necessary for her patients. Donovan Wells - Donovan was a fantastic night supervisor and I can't say enough about his people-skills, cool head and clinical expertise. He was always willing to listen, to help, to do whatever the job required. |
