iSparrow Charts took off on May 2 at Sparrow Hospital, including our St. Lawrence campus, and at Sparrow Specialty Hospital.
All Sparrow charts for patients who have been discharged are digital through iSparrow Charts (DMIS). This allows physicians to complete and sign-off on all patient charts from their office or home.

Earn your wings
There are three easy ways to get up to speed on iSparrow Charts.
- We will continue to provide orientation sessions periodically in June -- click on the "June" calendar link below to see what days drop-in sessions will be held.
- Sign up for classes taught by a Sparrow training professional. To register, use your physician number as your username (use “password” as your password – you’ll be able to reset it once you’re logged in). Click on the “sign” session of your choice.
- Log on to our iSparrow Charts e-learning module. Once again, your username is your physician dictation number and your initial password is “password.”
Physicians who complete orientation will receive their official iSparrow “DMIS Ready” wings.
