Water Fitness

We offer more than 40 water exercise classes per week, including Splash Aerobics, High Intensity Splash, Deep Water and Hydro Fit. A variety of special needs classes are also available including Arthritis, Strength & Stretch, Multiple Sclerosis, Basic Water Exercise and Aquatic Exercise for Rehab.

Reasons to try Water Exercise
Water's resistance helps to tone and strengthen muscles, while providing a cardiovascular workout. Participants are able to exercise with less bio-mechanical stress on their joints. Check out a MAC Water Exercise Class today!
