All Cardio Classes
These classes include a warm-up followed by continuous cardio exercise and can be combined with muscle conditioning or mind/body classes.
Advanced STEP: multi-level class, with options given for variations in power and choreography; prior STEP experience advised.
Basic STEP: beginning Step class with a focus on basic terms and movements with introductory level combinations.
Cardio Bullet: a high intensity workout utilizing STEP, plyometrics, jump ropes and floor work. Fast and furious!
Cardio Bullet Low: forty minute class with a aerobic exercise on the floor, no equipment.
Cardio Floor: a combination high/ low impact class with fun and challenging choreography. Options given for variations in choreography and intensity.
Senior Fit Cardio: no impact cardio class using slower paced music, appropriate for all fitness levels.
STOMP: beginning with low impact aerobics, moving to a less choreographed STEP sequence incorporating optional level and power changes, and ending with a stomping kickboxing section; followed by a relaxing floor stretch. A powerful lower-body workout!
20/20/20: 20 minutes of intermediate level STEP, 20 minutes of Kick-Boxing and 20 minutes core strength combine for a 3-in-1 workout!

Class Level Key
Fitness Seeker: Classes are appropriate for individuals beginning a fitness program.
Multi-Level: Classes are appropriate for most fitness/ability levels and can be modified.
Fitness Enthusiast: Classes are appropriate for experienced individuals with a pre-existing fitness base, due to degree of difficulty, advanced choreography or level of cardio endurance required during class.
