Strength & Muscle Conditioning Classes
These classes focus on improving muscle strength and endurance using a variety of equipment and formats.
Body Sculpt: uses light weights and higher repetitions to sculpt and tone the body.
Core Conditioning: multiple methods of training are used to strengthen and sculpt the mid-section.
High Intensity Training (HIT): interval class using exercise balls, medicine balls, STEPS, agility ladder, & jump ropes, combined with plyometrics and calisthenics; designed to improve muscle strength and cardio endurance.
Lethal Lower Body/Ultimate Upper Body:
forty-five minute class targeting specific muscle groups.
Muscle Strength & Conditioning: isolation of each of the major muscle groups by using an assortment of dumbbells, tubes, bands, and body resistance exercises. Instructor will guide individuals on form in a group setting with a personal training approach.
Total Fit: a variety of strength and balance moves to work all muscle groups using free weights, bands, tubes, body bars and the stability ball to combine for a different work out each session.

Fitness Seeker: Classes are appropriate for individuals beginning a fitness program.
Multi-Level: Classes are appropriate for most fitness/ability levels and can be modified.
Fitness Enthusiast: Classes are appropriate for experienced individuals with a pre-existing fitness base, due to degree of difficulty, advanced choreography or level of cardio endurance required during class.
