Body By Design
Are you ready to change your lifestyle? Join Kelley Foltz and let BBD give you the jump start youve been looking for. BBD includes a weekly motivational class where you will learn lifestyle and nutritional philosophies MAC trainers use everyday, and you will receive a weekly partner-based personal training session with a certified trainer. BBD is designed to help all levels of fitness, from beginner to advanced. Long term healthy living is a process learned through motivating guidance in proper eating habits and safe, effective exercise routines-let BBD get you there.

Weight Management
Please join Keri Morrison, MS for a 12-week circuit style group personal training program utilizing free weights, bands, steps, airballs and more! This class is designed to give you a fun, fast paced workout with a focus on weight control and improving your overall health.
Small Group:
Tuesdays 3 3:55 pm , January 22 April 8
Large Group:
Thursdays 5:30 6:15 pm, February 21 May 8
Cost: $260 (MAC members) / $315 (Non members)
Strength & Endurance
Combined strength and aerobic workout for all fitness levels. Prior weight room experience recommended. Class will be taught in both the spinning studio and weight room, and is instructed by personal trainer Beth Homan.
Session: Friday from 9:15 10:30 am,
February 22 March 28 (6 weeks)
Cost: $125 (MAC members) / $145 (Non members) * Drop-ins welcome
