Fall 2009 Programs


PelviCore Functional Training: PelviCore is a functional exercise tool and revolutionary breakthrough in the training of PELVIC girdle health and CORE stability.

Kids Functional Boot Camp: Class offers a variety of exercises to challenge and boost cardio and muscular endurance, increase strength, speed and agility and improve flexibility. Work-outs are self paced, individually challenging and a lot of FUN!

S.S.C.Camp: Speed strength and conditioning campoffers various training modalities to assist athletes in speed, quickness and agility in order to increase athletic performance while lowering the risk for injury.

Functional Fat Loss Class: A class that guides you step by step to help any individual reach their health and fitness goals. the focus is on everything from strength training, innovative cardio techniques, nutrition, functional movement patterns and lifestyle.

BOOT Camp: The MAC Boot Camps encompass a variety of exercises to help prevent boredom while creating challenging exercises that will assist individuals at achieving their ultimate fitness goals. Intensive Core Exercise: Intensive exercise programs focus on developing and improving core strength, endurance, and stability.

Weight Management: This class is designed to give you a fun, fast-paced workout with the focus on weight control and improving your overall health.

Fit After 50: If you are over 50 and are looking for the fountain of youth, look no further. This eight-week class is designed to improve your posture, symptoms of arthritis, and weight control, while increasing your strength and flexibility. Lead a life with more energy and vitality. Class limited to six

Fit Fore-Golf: Fit Fore-Golf programs provide training methods that assist in the development of junior, introductory, advanced, and even pro-level golf athletes. Fit Fore-Golf is designed to address common physical limitations and needs of golfers, as well as improve overall fitness.

Strength & Spin: This 75-minute class is designed to combine segments of aerobic conditioning on the bike with a circuit approach to strength training that challenges both upper and lower body, as well as emphasizing core work. Prior strength training is recommended, and a class format is provided prior to each class. The class runs six consecutive weeks and is available on a drop-in basis.

Yoga/Stretching for Seniors: This program offers individualized instruction in a small group setting; for the senior population to increase flexibility, and learn breathing techniques while in a comfortable non-competitive environment

Exercise & Diabetes: This program will be held in a small group setting designed for anyone diagnosed with pre, Type I or Type II diabetes. Work-outs include cardio strength, and flexibility exercises proven to be the most benefit in managing blood sugar levels.
