This program allows you to request a routine mammogram screening at any of Sparrow's mammography locations.

After submitting this request, a representative from our Central Scheduling Department will contact you by phone within 2 business days to confirm your appointment.

This program is available for routine screenings only. If you answer "Yes" to any of the following questions, we cannot schedule your appointment online. Please call our Central Scheduling Department at 517.364.3659 to schedule your mammogram.
