Women’s Services works with the Sparrow Cancer Center to provide comprehensive services and education about the most common cancers that affect women the most, such as breast, lung, colorectal and uterine cancer. Complete treatment options are available, including surgery, radiation and chemotherapy.

We offer hope and encouragement through our services and our experienced and caring staff. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, no matter race or ethnicity. But while the diagnosis is usually unexpected and overwhelming, breast cancer is a very treatable disease.

Sparrow Women’s Imaging Services offers breast imaging for screening, routine and diagnostic evaluation, as well as an array of breast health procedures, including ultrasound and biopsy services.

Sparrow offers digital mammography at four locations – the Sparrow Professional Building in Lansing, the Okemos Diagnostic Center in Okemos, Sparrow Clinton Memorial Hospital in St. Johns and Ramblewood Imaging Center in East Lansing. Digital mammography allows doctors to better diagnose breast cancer, especially in women under 50.
