Mason Urgent Care Center (MUCC) is the hub of the Mason Community Health Center, and offers the convenience of walk-in healthcare 365 days a year.
The Mason Urgent Care Center is open to serve your health care needs from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Residents of Mason, Dansville, Holt, Leslie, Stockbridge and Onondaga don't need to drive to a Lansing or Jackson for emergent care.
Minor injuries, illnesses, cuts and bruises for both children and adults can all be treated at the Center. We also are available for influenza and allergy shots.
Occupational health services, including drug screening and pulmonary function testing, are also available to local employers. Our staff physicians have access to
routine x-ray and laboratory services on-site to aid in diagnosis. RNs staff the facility and can provide flu shots, allergy shots and IVs when necessary.
Although Mason Urgent Care provides only initial care and no ongoing care, the staff can assist in referral to a specialist if your injury or illness so requires,
or can assist in finding a primary care physician.
Since CT, MRI scan, inpatient services, and extensive ultrasound services are unavailable at MUCC, some problems requiring these specialized services
should receive treatment at Sparrow's Emergency Department in Lansing rather than at MUCC.
Severe headaches, shortness of breath, chest pain, loss of consciousness and obstetrical emergencies are best treated by calling 911 for ambulance transport.
Mason Urgent Care is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
