On behalf of the Continuing Medical Education Office, we would like to say thank you for taking
the time to review this website.
PARTICIPANTS: If you would like to attend a Sparrow sponsored CME activity and desire CME Credits, please refer to CME Conferences Schedule. The scope and type of
activities that Sparrow offers are high quality educational events in the
form of case reviews, conferences, discussions and meetings in which
experts throughout the field of medicine provide our attendees with
current and state-of-the-art clinical knowledge, skills and decision
making tools. To receive your CME Credit(s), you must
complete the
yellow CME Attendance/Evaluation form on the day of the event or activity.
You must
also include the number of conference hours you attended, sign the form, update your mailing address if necessary, and place the completed yellow form in the wall pocket at the end of the conference. The Sparrow CME Office will track the number of hours that you have in relation to the CME events and report those hours to you at the end of each calendar year.
