Sparrow is now making it easy for you to connect to your email account with your personal smartphone or tablet!
Before getting started, please be aware that for security purposes, you will only be able to access your Sparrow email on devices that use one of the operating systems listed below. For instructions on how to determine which operating system version you have, click here.
- iOS (iPhone/iPad) - 7.0 or later
- Android - 4.0 or later
- Windows Phone 8.1

If you have not yet submitted a request to access your Sparrow email on your mobile device, click the "Request access for my device" link below to get started. If you have already requested access, and have received an email verifying that your request has been fulfilled, click the "Complete device registration" link.
Complete device registration
Before you can access your Sparrow email account from your mobile device, it must be registered in MobileIron.
Please note that registering your device will allow the Sparrow IT Security administrator to remotely manage your device. For security purposes, the Sparrow IT Security administrator may access information on your device, including a list of installed apps, personal data or accounts. When required for security purposes, the Sparrow IT Security administrator can also make changes on your device, including adding/removing accounts or remotely erasing data.

Sparrow Owned Non-Smartphone
All requests for new or replacement feature phones (cell phones without data packages/”smartphone” functionality) on the Sparrow corporate account must use the following online form. The form should be submitted by a department manager with prior approval from the appropriate business unit VP. All submitted requests will be reviewed by Sparrow Administration before new or replacement devices are issued.
