Dustin May, an advanced EMT for Sparrow Eaton EMS, goes above and beyond to show compassion and positivity while providing life-saving care and transportation for patients.
“I've always had a drive to help people,” Dustin said. “It kind of rejuvenates my soul just as being an individual who can better serve a community as well as be that reassuring, comforting person during an emergency.”
Dustin also uses his downtime to help the Sparrow Eaton Hospital Emergency Department with patient care needs, fills open shifts, and works special events. These are just some reasons why Dustin is this month’s Caregiver Spotlight.
