Nursing opportunities at Sparrow Health System are varied. Sparrow Hospital is a 697-bed, major
teaching hospital affiliated with Michigan State University , and is the most comprehensive acute care center in mid-Michigan. We are the regional medical center for pediatrics, cancer care, trauma, neurological care, high-risk obstetrics and neonatal intensive care.
