Team Philosophy:
To provide the very best care to our patients and support each other whenever possible. My management style is one of being out on the floor
and knowing what is happening on a day to day basis. I lead a group of individuals who provide the very best care to our customers and my
job is to give these individuals the tools necessary to provide that care. I also believe as a leader it is my responsible to help Associates grow and develop as their careers progress.
What Chris likes most about her specialty area:
Chris enjoys working with the Associates on the Medical Intermediate Care Unit. They are all unique and bring to Sparrow something special to
offer, not only Sparrow, but the patients too.
