Team Philosophy:
Debra believes all members of a team are important, having valuable input into the outcome of a shared goal. All members should be respected for their input, and held accountable for the ultimate result of their endeavor.
What Debra likes most about her specialty area:
I enjoy being part of a health care team serving mothers and babies, with a goal to provide best possible outcomes for our patients.
I also enjoy being part of a team that is involved with a very special event for a family - the birth of a child. Even though our outcomes may
vary, helping a family deal with this event, on any level is extremely rewarding.
