Unit Based Council Description
Our UBC is a multidisciplinary group, comprised of Management, RNs, Health Unit Coordinators, Surgical Technicians, and Patient Care Technicians. All associates are welcome
to attend to voice comments/concerns regarding: practice, staffing, policy or procedure issues. We meet monthly to celebrate
achievements or problem solve current issues. All unit subcommittees (e.g. Staffing Committee, Redesign Committee, Education Committee) report
updates to our UBC. Our UBC/UBC Chair also meets with other UBCs/UBC Chairs from areas in our service line to discuss how we
can best work together to serve our patients.
