A Certified Case Manager assists in tracking and coordinating services for your injured employees by providing the following services:

• Computerized tracking system used to input both primary care and specialist physician visits. This allows for tracking of patient status and generating reports based on a company's needs.
• "One stop calling" for all occupational health questions/concerns.
• Liaison between primary care physicians, specialists and rehabilitation services.
• Missed appointment notification
• Monitoring of cases to obtain expedient appointments for specialists and rehabilitation services.
