Elaine Boffing, R.N.
Nurse Case Manager

Ms. Boffing received her nursing degree from the University of the State of New York and Bachelor of Science degree from Siena Heights University. She has had varied experience in hospital, home care, education, research and ambulatory care nursing. She holds a minor in health care management which she has utilized as Sparrow Physician Practice and After Hours Clinic Supervisor, Sparrow Dimondale Education Manager and at MSU as a Research Project Manager. Elaine joined the team as a full time Case Manager in April 2004.
