The Sparrow Perinatal Center, established in 1994, is under the direction of Steven Roth, MD, a board certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist,
providing specialized care for women who experience high-risk pregnancy.
Because management of a high-risk pregnancy can often be complex, we have developed
a center with comprehensive services at a single site. Our role is to support physicians in the care of their patients.
The Perinatal team lead by Dr. Roth includes OB/GYN residents, a nurse practitioner, registered nurses, a diabetic educator,
medical nutritionist, social worker, administrative assistants. We work closely with the Departments of Radiology and Neonatology as well as a highly skilled team of pediatric surgeons.
