Pharmacy Practice Residency Program

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in the Pharmacy Practice Residency Program at Sparrow Health System. Our Residency Program offers many opportunities for learning and delivering patient care. There are a number of different rotations in the areas of clinical practice and the ability to create new rotations depending on your interests. Residents also develop a strong relationship with the Residency Director during the year in the longitudinal practice management rotation. The residency provides a well-rounded experience in many areas of pharmacy practice, pharmacy management, investigational drugs, and participation in the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
