To be eligible for a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Sparrow Health System the following requirements must be met:
Academic: The applicant must have a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited school or college.
Professional License: Residents are required to become a registered pharmacist in the State of Michigan within four months of entering the residency program. Evidence of registration must be filed in the Pharmacy Office.
Interview: An on-site interview is required.
