Physicians who join the Sparrow database will receive a letter whenever a referral is made to their practice to allow them to follow up with the caller and understand the value of this service. Semi-annual reports will be distributed to all participating physicians so they can understand how calls for physician referrals were received, how many referrals were made to physicians by specialty, and how many were directed to their practice.
