Invented by gymnast Joseph H. Pilates more than 80 years ago, the Pilates Method dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs.

Pilates trains the entire body, eliminating muscular imbalance, preventing injuries, alleviating chronic back pain and developing long, lean sculpted muscles.
A private session is recommended for first time participants. Our team of experienced, certified instructors will introduce you to the Pilates equipment, provide a physical assessment and design a personalized plan to achieve your fitness goals.
Private and Semi-private Sessions
Personalized one-on-one instruction using the full array of equipment in a private 55 minute session. Reduced rates available for semi-private lessons with 2-4 participants.
Duet: $45 per person/hr
Trio: $35 per person/hr
4 or more: $25 person/hr
Group Training Class
Four - six week session classes in the Pilates studio at special member rates. Classes available for all fitness and ability levels in a variety of formats including:
- Rehabilitation Pilates (shoulder, back, pelvis, hip, knee)
- 40+ Pilates
- Prenatal Pilates
- Pilates for Men

Mat Pilates (without use of equipment)
Weekly Mat Pilates classes are included with membership and held in the group fitness studios. Prior registration is not required. Refer to Group Fitness Schedule for class days and times.
Pilates Intro Package
Learn the basic principles of Pilates, become familiar with studio equipment and experience results quickly. Package includes two private sessions and one group apparatus class. Cost is $130, available one time only.
