Pilates for Golfers

Pilates retrains the body to overcome it’s natural tendencies and compensations, reducing back pain and injuries. The perfect golf swing is an efficient machine, if one part is functioning incorrectly the other parts will be affected.

Weight Room Pilates

Learn the basic Pilates CORE essentials in the Pilates Equipment Studio. Keeping Pilates form, the class will use the weight training equipment for the perfect muscle definition.

Pilates for Dancers

Dancers will work on muscle balance, stamina, strength and flexibility during this one week intensive workshop. Students will learn to work from the core and maintain proper alignment while dancing.

The Perfect Body Equation

A full body program that gives you an aerobic workout, muscle definition and core strength, including: 5 flexibility exercises, 5 balance exercises, and 5 core exercises. Class will incorporate Pilates equipment, balls, bands, spinner discs and the BOSU.
