Mon - Fri, 7am - 7pm
Sat & Sun, 1pm - 5pm
Please call 989.227.3330 with a 24 hour notice to pick up films including mammograms.

Authorization for the Release of Radiology Images
The designee will need this completed form to pick up the films.
