An individualized treatment plan will be developed with you and your family, which will seek to maximize your functional gains. You will receive a combination of private treatment sessions and group therapies.

Discharge planning is an integral part of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Program that begins upon admission and continues throughout your stay. Our goal is to help you achieve an optimal level of function and maximum independence upon discharge.
