Colorectal Cancer
Colorectal cancer - cancer of the colon or rectum - is the third most common form of cancer for both men and
women.1
The colon and rectum are part of the large intestine. Their primary function is to pass solid waste and empty it
from the body.
Typically, colorectal cancer forms in the lining of the intestine wall and may then spread to lymph nodes or other
organs over time.
Colorectal cancer symptoms may include: blood present with stool, inability to have a bowel movement, pelvic pain,
narrowing of the stool, unexplained weight loss, bloating and persistent chronic fatigue.
