HR Policy: Evaluation
5.1 Evaluation of Volunteer Groups
On a biennial basis, all direct service volunteer groups shall be evaluated by the departments in which they
serve. Elements of the evaluation shall include, but are not limited to, the following: reliability, courtesy,
responsiveness to customers and staff, strengths and suggestions for improvement.

Aggregate results shall be shared with all groups, the Volunteer Services Committee, the Women's Board,
department managers and SHS Administration. Individual results shall be shared with the group's Liaison, the
group's President/members and department manager. Required follow-up will be the responsibility of the group,
the Liaison, the Director of Volunteer Services and the group's department manager.
5.2 Service Excellence Quality Report
Results of the quarterly Service Excellence Quality Reports shall be shared with the Volunteer Services
Committee and with the appropriate groups. Required follow-up will be the responsibility of the group's
President, the Liaison and the Director of Volunteer Services.
